This Nazi dagger is a mirror of the one designed for Luftwaffe officers in 1942 Featuring a " stainless  11 inch steel double edge blade with polished silver engravings stretching up to the tang guard. The wrapping design featured on the handle is one of the original characteristics. Includes antique silver plated blade scabbard. 18 inch overall.

The original Nazi dagger was authorised by Hitler in May 1941 to commemorate his visit to Rome. It had a stylised eagle’s head pommel and a black grip with metal swirl.

The cross guard featured a national eagle with upturned spread wings; the eagles face to the viewer’s right. The eagle’s feet held a wreath with a Nazi swastika at the center.
