Reviewer: Michael from London  This is the second blade I've purchased from LMP Enterprises and I am still just as happy with the service and product. The Wakizashi is slightly shorter than mentioned, the blade is just under 20 inches from base to tip. I unwrapped the nylon wrapping to reveal a solid piece of wood for the handle which is lovely (I prefer to treat all of my swords myself and intend to strip this one down before re-assembling) For this price, it is a fantastic weapon, the blade is not live which is what you'd expect from a training blade, but as the sword is 440 stainless steel it can be sharpened should you wish to do so. The detailing is also very pleasant, a chinese dragon cap at the base of the handle, a samurai scene at the head of the scabbard, and 2 chinese 'text' carvings adorn the scabbard itself. The blade is sturdy and solid in my palm, and I'd certainly recommend it for more of a practical weapon as opposed to a display weapon due to the fact that it has been put together solidly.
