I now use mine for everyday jobs instead of my 8" pocket lock knife that had a 3.5" blade, as this one is the most fun knifes I've ever had the joy of carrying around the house and garden. As stated in the review above, it is perfectly balance, and can even be used as a throwing knife at a push, as I found out, and shockingly, it's thick blade is really accurate.
