The Criminal Justice Act 1988 and the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 makes it a criminal offence to sell a knife to anyone under the age of 18. Due to the nature of the goods we have on our website, we do not sell to anyone under the age of 18 - the only exceptions being items like bb pellets, sword stands, etc. As well as not selling bladed items and bb guns to minors we only sell items which are legal in the UK, we do not sell switchblades, automatics or 'flick-knives', gravity knives, balisongs or 'butterfly knives', push daggers, belt buckle knives, sword canes, disguised knives, or knuckle-duster knives. For all international orders buyers must familiarise themselves with their nations laws on the importation of the items we sell so as to avoid importing an illegal item and having it confiscated by customs. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
All UK postage and packaging costs are included in the purchase price indicated for each item. Once your order has been accepted and payment has been received we immediately dispatch your item(s). All items will be sent out packed safely to avoid any damage during transit. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 amongst other things state that a buyer has a 7 day cooling off period, whereby they can return their item for a refund within that period. This can be for any reason whatsoever. LMPearl Enterprises gives you a 14 day cooling off period. In addition to this, every item we sell comes with a 1 year guarantee. If an item develops a fault within the 1 year period we will happily refund/replace. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
